Terms of service
1. Provider
Lineup is provided by BeardStyle.ch di Bonazzi, Via Rivamonte 10, 6572 Quartino, Switzerland ("we"). By installing the app on your Shopify store you accept these terms.
2. The service
The app reorders the collections you choose in your Shopify store: pinned products first, then available products, then sold out products, with drafts and unpublished products last. To do so it switches those collections to manual sorting.
3. Plans and billing
Plans, prices and free trials are shown on the Shopify App Store and on the plan selection page in your Shopify admin. Charges are billed by Shopify together with your Shopify invoice, under Shopify's terms. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the Shopify admin.
4. Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for your store, products and collections. Check that the order produced by the app suits your store; you can pause or stop managing any collection at any time.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but it depends on Shopify and on third-party providers and may occasionally be interrupted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory liability under applicable law remains unaffected.
7. Data protection
The processing of data is described in our privacy policy.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the new version is published on this page with its date. You can stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Gambarogno, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
